Rawbin is covered under a limited warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the product and eligible components under normal use.
2. What Is Covered
Subject to the terms of this policy, the warranty may cover:
- Manufacturing defects
- Defects in eligible electrical or electronic components
- Product failures caused by manufacturing issues
3. What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Physical damage caused after delivery
- Damage caused by incorrect voltage or electrical conditions
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by use outside the recommended guidelines
- Damage caused by natural disasters or external events
4. Warranty Claims
To raise a warranty claim, please contact our support team with:
- Order or invoice details
- Product serial number, if applicable
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the issue, where required
Our team may conduct a remote diagnosis before approving a repair, replacement, or other appropriate resolution.
5. Warranty Resolution
Depending on the nature of the issue, Newcycl may, at its discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace a defective component
- Replace the product
- Provide another appropriate resolution
